Shine with Confidence – Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:
Client (“You”, “Your”)
and
Shine with Confidence, a business owned and operated by Tania Laubscher (“Coach”, “We”, “Our”).
By enrolling in or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Scope of Services
Shine with Confidence provides services including but not limited to:
- Group and/or 1:1 Coaching Sessions
- Online Courses and Digital Resources
- Self-Care & Mindset Tools
- Business Empowerment Support
- Community Access (if included in your offer)
The specific details of your program or service (duration, inclusions, delivery method) will be outlined in your welcome email or onboarding materials.
2. Commitment & Expectations
We are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where women can grow confidently.
You agree to:
- Show up with intention and participate fully
- Be respectful to other community members
- Honour the coaching space with confidentiality and integrity
3. Payment Terms
- You agree to pay the fee as outlined at the time of purchase (or per the agreed payment plan).
- Payments are processed securely via our payment processor.
- Missed payments may result in paused access to services until resolved.
Note: Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations (for 1:1 Sessions)
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any private coaching session.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may be forfeited at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (downloads, videos, content, resources) are for your personal use only.
You agree not to copy, share, sell, or distribute Shine with Confidence content without written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We honour and respect your privacy. Everything shared in coaching or community spaces is kept confidential unless:
- Required by law
- Explicit permission is granted by you
7. Disclaimer
Our coaching and content is for educational and empowerment purposes. We do not guarantee specific results and are not liable for your personal outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.
We are not licensed mental health professionals or financial advisors. If you need such support, we encourage you to seek qualified assistance.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to remove you from any Shine with Confidence program or community (with or without a refund) if there is a breach of this agreement, including disrespectful conduct or unethical behaviour.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Insert your state/country — e.g., Western Australia].
10. Acknowledgement
By purchasing, enrolling, or continuing with Shine with Confidence services, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
